Information for your ABKA Handbook

The files below can be downloaded as PDF file using the Adobe reader installed on almost all PCs. Click on the relevant file “YES” to download. In order to get a print in A5 size to update or complete your handbook you need using Adobe reader you need to make the following adjustment to the page that comes up after you press the printer symbol.

 Using the selection arrows on the right of each box:
  1. Alter the “Page Scaling” box to read “Multiple pages per sheet”
  2. Alter the “pages per sheet” box to “2” if it did not also change
  3. Alter the “page order” box to “horizontal” if it did not also change
Then click OK and you will get pages printed two per sheet of A4 that can be cut to A5 size and punched to go in your Handbook binder. If you are proficient in altering you own printer preferences this can also be done in booklet format LHS edge to get correct double side printing but it is more difficult to achieve if you do not use it regularly.
